These terms and conditions apply to every purchase from AHAD BROTHERS, whether made in our outlets or through this website. Please read them before you buy, alongside our Cookie Policy.
1. Returns and exchanges
Purchased items can be returned or exchanged within 27 days of purchase, only if accompanied by the original receipt. Imported items such as lunch boxes, water bottles and stationery are excluded (see section 3). For online orders, your order invoice is your original receipt.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are accepted only at our outlets. Items cannot be returned online or sent back by courier — this applies to online orders too. Please bring the item and its receipt to an outlet.
2. Condition of items
Used, dirty or washed clothing will strictly not be accepted for return or exchange.
3. Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
- Imported goods: all imported items, including imported lunch boxes, water bottles and stationery, are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Costumes and novelties: special costumes such as Spider-Man, Superman and army suits are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Clothing that has been used, washed, altered or named, or is dirty
- Made-to-measure or custom-embroidered items
- Socks, undergarments and hair accessories, for hygiene reasons
- Clearance items marked final sale
4. Customer inspection
Customers are requested to thoroughly check and inspect all imported products before purchasing, as they cannot be returned or exchanged afterwards.
5. No warranty or guarantee
No warranty or guarantee is provided for readymade garments, school uniforms, sweaters, jerseys, coat-pants or imported items.
6. Garment care instructions
- Do not use bleach on fabrics or clothing items.
- Do not leave garments soaking — skip the long soak.
7. Refunds
Refunds are given only for eligible items returned within 27 days with the original receipt, once the item has been checked at our outlet. Refunds for online orders paid in advance are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval. Delivery charges are refunded only where we sent the wrong item.
8. Orders, pricing and availability
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order before dispatch, in which case any payment taken is refunded in full. Stock is not reserved until an order is confirmed.
9. Delivery
Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any shortage or damage within 48 hours.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, photography, product imagery, logos and layout — belongs to AHAD BROTHERS or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. School crests and names remain the property of the respective institutions and are used in the course of authorised supply.
11. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your authorisation.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
