Not sure which size to order?
Tell us your child’s age and class. Every garment has its own size chart, so we can confirm the exact size before you order — and swap it free if it is wrong.
Checking on an order?
Orders arrive in 2–4 working days. Have your order number ready and a call is usually the quickest way to get an answer.
Need a different size?
Returns and exchanges are accepted only at our outlets, not online. Bring the unused item within 27 days with the original receipt — your order invoice for online orders. Imported items are not returnable.
Rather try it on in person?
Bring your child to one of our shops in Lahore — try the sizes on and take the whole kit home the same day. Call or message first to check your school’s stock.

How do I find the right size?
Every garment has its own size chart by age. Choose your school, class and your child’s age in the uniform finder and each item is sized for you — or open the Size guide on any product. If your child is between sizes, choose the larger one.
Can I exchange a size?
Yes, within 27 days of purchase with the original receipt (your order invoice for online orders). Bring the unused, unwashed item to our outlet — items cannot be returned or exchanged online. Imported items such as lunch boxes, water bottles and stationery, and special costumes, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Can we try the uniform on in your shop?
Of course. Our shops in Lahore keep every partner school’s kit in stock, so your child can try the sizes on and you can take everything home the same day.
My school isn’t listed. What should I do?
We add schools every session. Message us your school’s name and your child’s class and we’ll confirm the kit, colours and sizes for you.
How long does delivery take?
Online orders arrive in 2–4 working days anywhere in Pakistan.
Will the colour match what my school expects?
Yes. Every fabric roll is shade-tested against the school’s own approved swatch before it is cut, so pieces bought months apart still match.
